Separate Shootings Leave 2 Dead, 1 Injured in Newark

The first shooting happened Saturday at West Kinney St. and MLK Boulevard around 5:45 PM. A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed, while another man was wounded in his leg.

On Sunday, around 7 AM, a 21-year-old Newark man was shot several times in the chest and buttocks at Sunset and 18th Ave.

Two are shot to death in Northern Liberties
A woman and a man were fatally shot in the hallway of a posh new Northern Liberties apartment building last night, and the killings were apparently captured by security cameras. Police said the woman was shot in the back of the neck and the head. Her body was found outside of her apartment. The male victim, believed to be in his 30s, suffered multiple gunshots to the chest, the stomach, and a thigh. He was found outside an elevator. 3. I'm sure a law abiding citizen will be forced to use a gun for self defense so you'll see more.
