Couple to Face Murder Charges for Shooting Death of 7-yr-old Boy

Gayle and Sheila Muhs gave trespassers a blunt warning. They posted a large sign outside their Texas home saying trespassers would be shot and survivors would be shot again...

Outside the Muhs' house is a handpainted sign complete with misspelling and exclamation points that warns: "Trespassers Will Be Shot. Survivers Will Be Reshot!! Smile I Will."

Liberty County Sheriff's Department Chief Deputy Ken DeFoor told ABCNews.com today that the shooting was the most "violent reaction to something so blatantly, blatantly minor" he's ever seen.

Police got a 911 call just after 9 p.m. Thursday, DeFoor said, from Sheila Muhs who "reported there were people in jacked up four-wheel automobiles ... and that she shot them." She also reported that the vehicles were destroying the nearby levees.

The constant drone of fascist takeover of everything worth having, leads the paranoid, and mentally challenged to take that as gospel. I hope GOd does hell for encouragers of hate. Especially high paid ones.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

No Castle Doctrine would lead someone to think shooting at people on a county road might be acceptable. It doesn't even fucking remotely apply.

17. Yes, clearly the castle law promotes this behavior
that is why they are being let go, and given a parade by the city, afterwards the mayor will issue them a medal for outstanding work in helping to clean up the neighborhood.

Oh wait, they're being tried for murder, in Texas, one of the staunchest supporters of castle laws and 2nd amendment rights.

So when people argue that gun supporters and self-defense proponents support this sort of thing, well look at this case. We are likely going to execute these two.
