1. I think you'll find that a lot
of the pro-rkba crowd agrees with you on this one.

Illegal action leads to arrest. This is a good story.

4. Yep. This is an example of the system working.
Just as are the ATF busts of unlicensed dealers. It's an example that bad behavior is against the law, and is dealt with.

2. To bad for you that it doesn't overshadow the millions of legal and upfront gun sales.
Grabber-fail.

6. Note the title of the OP in this thread.
Edited on Tue Jan-26-10 07:12 AM by Lasher
Now ask yourself why it is so different from that of the linked Reuters article.

Then go to post 3 in this thread and hit the link there to view that OP. Do you see any difference between that OP and the one in this thread?

I don't speak for Proteus but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that he suspects a hidden agenda might be afoot here.

7. Why didn't you mention this concerned a foreign government sale?
Kind of an important detail to omit from the OP, isn't it? I mean, it's not exactly on a level with violating an arms embargo or selling directly to terrorists or organized crime.

10. Include heavy fines and penalties for S&W if the
executive of Smith & Wesson was breaking the law to benefit the corporation in a conspiracy. RICO.
