Any word on Mcdonald V Chicago?

I thought we'd hear something by now.

1. Nothing until late June probably

SCOTUS has about the tightest lips on cases under consideration there is.

There will be no leaks, hints or secret insights until the final decision and any dissents are published.

With Heller they waited until the very last day to release the decision and dissents.

We may hear about it in early June but I'm guessing, as controversial as this may be to some, late June, the 28th or so.

I'd be pleasantly surprised to hear earlier, just to see the look on Daley's face. But I'm not counting on it.

They generally wait till the very end to render their verdict.
