Tester looks forward to debating Rehberg on their records

By CHARLES S. JOHNSON Gazette State Bureau The Billings Gazette | Posted: Saturday, February 5, 2011 10:46 am

Among the other accomplishments he listed are:

-- Getting the Department of Veterans Affairs to boost the mileage it pays to veterans who travel for their health care from 11 cents per mile to 41.5 cents, for the first increase in 30 years.

-- Pushing a successful amendment to the recently enacted food safety law to protect family farmers and food producers from regulations they can't afford and don't need.

-- Adding a provision to the energy bill to get federal crop insurance for camelina, which can be used for biofuel.

-- Advocating for gun rights and, along with Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson, R-Texas, being the lead signatories on two friend-of-the-court briefs siding for stronger gun rights in two landmark U.S. Supreme Court decisions.

6. Loser! I saw nothing for improving the circus clown relief act...
Those single hire freelance clowns you see at parties are a joke... They drive our rates up for insurance because they come in direct contact with children in their homes...

If we cannot afford our performance insurance and just one child is hurt, it could collapse our industry... Not to mention "What about the children!!!???"
