Update: Weapons Dealer facing charges after 3 wounded at gun show(2 ND's)

A Marysville gun dealer faces criminal charges after a semi automatic handgun he brought to the Gun and Knife Show at Gibraltar Trade Center in Mount Clemens discharged twice, injuring three people including a 10-year-old girl.

The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office has authorized an arrest warrant against the 64-year-old dealer, whose name has not yet been released, of careless discharge of a firearm causing injury. He faces up to two years in prison if convicted.

Macomb County Sheriff’s Capt. John Roberts said the gun dealer has been contacted and is expected to turn himself in to be arraigned in 41B District Court in Clinton Township within the next two days.

A female customer was examining the gun, which she believed was unloaded, and accidentally fire a shot from it. The gun dealer took the weapon to inspect it and a second shot was fired.
