KENNER, La. — A 10-year-old has been arrested for allegedly shooting a 7-year-old as they played video games.

Kenner Police Chief Steve Caraway said the older child was arrested Thursday on charges of negligent injury and illegal possession of a handgun and later released into his parents' custody.

The shooting happened Tuesday evening. Caraway said as the children played, the 10-year-old pulled the gun and the weapon discharged. A bullet struck the younger child in the thigh. Caraway said the younger child was treated at an area hospital and released.

Caraway said it's not the first time the 10-year-old has been in police custody. He said the boy was arrested for shooting three others with a pellet gun in April.

6. So you are calling for "guns everywhere for everybody all the time"
That's pretty extreme even for you. You are the only one calling for this.

Where does the NRA/GOP fall in this?

7. I see a pattern of the same person causing mayhem on multiple occasions

Clearly this person and others like him is key to this problem, unless you believe that even you would act the same way if it were not for the lack of a gun at hand?

Of course, this kid's parents are huge factor in enabling this.
