Cop Threatens to Kill Concealed Carry Gun Owner During Traffic Stop
‘You Fu** With Me!’: Cop Threatens to Kill Concealed Carry Gun Owner During Traffic Stop

A police officer’s dash cam in Canton, OH caught a disturbing exchange last month between a cop and a driver during a traffic stop. In it, the cop can be heard (and seen) berating a man for not telling the officer immediately that he had a concealed carry permit and thus a concealed weapon, even saying at one point he should have killed the gun owner. But there’s just one problem: the man tried several times but the officer cut him off.

That is a problem. In Ohio (as in many states), the law requires concealed carry gun owners to immediately inform law enforcement if they have a weapon when they are pulled over. So when the man, named William, was not allowed to do so immediately, and the cop eventually found out, that created an issue.“

...

I wonder if he had just held up his CCW in his window things might turned out different... probably not.

But, I'll bet next time he will.

1. There is an audio of this traffic stop out here somewhere.
These officers were hopped up to begin with.

2. The guy tried to notify twice, and was told to shut up.
The officer has been suspended, and is now out on 'medical leave'. His career is toast.

4. Cop needs to face felony menacing charges.
Threatening to execute an unarmed and handcuffed man (while it would tickle some posters pink) is a terroristic threat. His partner, in not stopping the behaviour should be charged due to his complicity in said illegal acts. Neither of them should have a badge anymore, nor should they be allowed within 100 feet of a firearm, as well as a permanent restraining order forbidding them from being within 1000 feet of their victim.
