the RKBA nuts who are always fuming about "lenient liberal judges" are going to snivel about this?

Hell of a poster boy for self-defense...he heard what he thought was a shot and so he fired a shotgun into the street at no-one at all....

That sure convinces me he ought to have a gun....NOT.

2. did you bother to read the article?

Or the others that have been linked here before?

The guy:

1) had been a public complainer about drug dealers in his yard
2) soon after making these complaints, heard gunshots in the middle of the night that woke him and his wife up
3) his wife cried out and fell down right after the shot was heard
4) he went after those who seemed to be shooting at his home'
5) he fired three rounds from his shotgun that hit two people who were far apart from each other

"he heard what he thought was a shot and so he fired a shotgun into the street at no-one at all.... :silly:

Maybe the whole street ccould have joined in the gun battle...that would have really got the gun nuts gloating!
