Police: Son Shot Dad for Money
(surprising, but then again not really . . . )

(aka Cincinnati.com)

(complete text follows)

A father and son from Union are now facing charges for allegedly staging a shooting inside their van.

Investigators say in October 2003, Austin Woosley shot his dad Michael while in their van on Big Boone Road, after buying a rifle at Dick's Sporting Goods.

The Woosley's say the new gun had a bullet it in and went off when they took it out of the packaging inside the van.

Police say the two came up with the story so they could sue the store and the company that makes the rifle.

2. I would wager oh, say about $50.00 they voted for bush**
Just a thought...how ignorant do you have to be to shoot your dear old dad to sue a store? How ignorant do you have to be to vote for bush**? I think the IQ is about right for both instances! :wtf:

I'll take some of that...
I'll bet they didn't vote. Couldn't find anywhere to register.

3. Since a firearm was used in a crime, that must violate federal law and
they should be prosecuted in federal court. That could bring prison time of many years.
