MK Elon: Hizbullah plotted Qana bombing
Nationa Union-NRP leader Benny Elon said Sunday that "the events in Qana are an evil conspiracy of the Lebanese government and Hizbullah."

"They brought in babies and children who are not residents of the village and they are directly responsible for the massacre. The Israel government has to expose this evil conspiracy and it is forbidden to stop the operation in Lebanon," he said. (Ilan Marciano)

3. I think that was the point of the OP
to find the most extreme position, WHICH DOESN'T REPRESENT most Israellis, and use it as flame bait

Haaretz is a much better guage of what is happening

2. you are quoting from the most extreme
definitely not the mainstream in Israel. A much better baramoter would be Haaretz

Why do I want to look at extreme elements which do NOT represent most of the Israellis?

Is America represented by the Christian right?

4. "not mainstream"? It claims the largest circulation in Israel
which seems to make it more mainstream than any other paper.

5. FWIW: I don't always post things because I agree or disagree with them

I know that that is unusual in this forum, but I don't care.

Edit: Ynet appears to be a mainstream Israeli news source, and more honest than most US media. They can be very useful.
