"Israel will resume fuel shipments to Gaza today (Sunday), according to the State's response to a High Court petition recently filed by human rights groups Adalah and Gisha, which demanded an end to the Jewish state's blockade of the Strip.
However, the State Prosecutor's Office added in its response that "if the rocket fire continues, we will consider limiting the supplies again.
"The changing circumstances force us to reduce the fuel supplies at certain junctures and increase them in others," the State said.
Attorney Fatma al-Azu, who represented the petitioners at a special court session, said "the State is collectively punishing the citizens (of Gaza) in violation of international law."
