Lieberman: Absolutely no chance for a Palestinian state within next two years
"Foreign Minister slams Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov over Moscow's contacts with Hamas, as the two officials meet in Jerusalem.
...
"There is absolutely no chance of reaching a Palestinian state before the year 2012," Lieberman said, adding that "one can dream and imagine, but we are far from reaching an agreement."

An apparent disagreement broke out between Lieberman and Lavrov during their meeting in Jerusalem over Moscow's increased efforts to include Hamas in Mideast peace talks. "

the statement of the russian minister:

“A (Middle East) Quartet statement adopted at a ministerial meeting in March says that we are seeking to do our best to settle the problem by 2012,” Lavrov said after a meeting with the leader of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas. “If everyone shows good will and mutual trust, if external players push the sides to reach accord, it is quite possible.”

2. It's Avigdor Lieberman Israel's FM not Joe
Edited on Tue Jun-29-10 11:48 AM by azurnoir
and Israel's Lieberman does have some say, and Avigdor wants to isolate and strip Israeli Arabs of citizenship as part of a "peace" agreement

4. And Joe would probably do the same, if he had the chance.
He'd be a member of Beitenyu if he lived in Israel(and maybe secretly a supporter of Kach).
