Big rally by Islamic Jihad in Gaza, joined by Hamas

Tens of thousands of supporters of the militant Islamic Jihad movement rallied in the streets of Gaza on Friday, chanting "Death to America" and "Death to Israel."

Young men and boys wearing white T-shirts with a slogan in the shape of a rifle bore portraits of militants killed in combat, under the black flags of Islamic Jihad.

Ramadan Shallah, the group's exiled chief in Damascus, sent a recorded message marking the anniversary of the assassination of the group's leader Fathi Shiqaqi in Malta in 1995, by presumed Israeli secret agents

3. Approx $6bln in support to the israeli army and gov't

unconditional real/tangible support of occupation forces and attack squads; continued occupation of Iraq & Afghanistan; sustained patronage of the king-dictators in Egypt, Jordan, Saudi-occupied Arabia, Gulf oil depots/despots that maintain the devil's status quo... essentially, in the last 2yrs precisely more of the same as in the last 3, 9, or 20 years.

4. Well said. If we werent supporting Israel there would be a lot less anger towards us

Furthermore the primary reason we support Egypt and Saudi Arabia is because they recognize Israel. Support for those dictatorships further inflames middle eastreners.

5. Egypt has recognized Israel's "right to exist"

however Saudi Arabia has not yet at this point

the Saudi Plan which Israel turned down out of hand promised to restore "full normal relations" and to consider the conflict ended in return for a Palestinian State however Israel said what does that mean, its not really good enough, your lying, ect, ect ,ect

we support Egypt because they do some of our dirty work in relations to what is called extraordinary rendition, and with Saudi Arabia it is all about oil

9. Hear, hear! We have been egging on these so-called "terrorists" for years!

It is OUR actions, and Israel's, that are the cause of all our problems. It's like my Aunt Fanny used to tell me, "You reap what you sow." Truer words were never spoken.

And regarding our so-called "enemies" in the Middle East, the Rev. Jesse Jackson once advised us to "find out what they want"... and for whatever reason, we still refuse to do that.
