Two Palestinian fugitives caught in West Bank

Paratroopers arrested a Fatah fugitive in the Balata 'refugee camp' in the West Bank on Tuesday.

Earlier, a Palestinian man, a resident of Bethlehem, surrendered to IDF forces in the area after he was found to be in possession of four pipe bombs, Army Radio reported.

The man admitted to planning a terror attack in the near future.

The GOI definition of terrorism is attacks by them on us.

That includes firing on occupation troops, blowing up cafes filled with children, throwing rocks at occupation troops, car bombing buses filled with old people....

I see no reason to take their definition. Especially so since it is well known that Fatah usually restricts attacks to the West Bank.

Arafat's Fatah (which = Al Aqsa Martyr's Brigade) is renowned for its restraint. When they're not blowing up civilians, they're knitting baby-clothes for the poor and down trodden.
