German lawyer denies Holocaust at incitement trial

Mahler is also charged with circulating other pamphlets at the party headquarters in 2002 that referred to anti-Semitism as "perfectly normal and a sign of solid mental health."

Addressing the court Friday, Mahler, 68, again denied the Holocaust had happened.

Mahler has appeared in court frequently over the past years for his beliefs. Last year a Mainz court found Mahler guilty of condoning a crime for saying the September 11 attacks were justified and fined him several thousand euros.

a wall is being erected to seperate two peoples...very similar to
apartheid.
Palestinians are confined to refugee camps...their people killed
by laser-guided bombs and tank fire.
Israeli leaders want to "expel" the Palestinian people from their
own land...sounds like ethnic cleansing to me.

So much for taking the moral high-ground... :eyes:

4. The Germans have some laws

against Nazi like activities that are part of their quest to be readmitted to the human race.

Part of making up for not having all those millions of people who supported the death camps actually having to pay for their crimes against humanity.

Neither you nor anybody else was able to say what a "Palestinian" is or what "traditional Palestinian Homeland" is.

Of course, you'll almost certainly duck the question just like everybody else did because neither one existed prior to the 1960s as you also almost certainly know...
