It was the Sarasota Herald-Tribune itself, along with several other newspapers, which first reported that Mohamed Atta lived with Amanda Keller for several months at the Sandpiper Apartments in Venice during March and April of 2001.

according to the Sarasota paper, but she had already told them to someone else, so that is a silly thing to say. He also says he doesn't have 5,000. Hopsicker says that Atta's phone records extend 4 months past what is online on the Moussaoui "evidence", there are faxes from Deep Creek, which ties Atta to Keller .
He says that Atta is part of a global drug crime syndicate, not "random kooks" and brings up Wolfgang Boehrringer who is Atta's closest associate, he says, and he worked for some guy Victor Kozini, the "Pirate of Prague" who has Irish passports and along with AIG tried to gain control of an azerbaijan oil company.

He's suing the Sarasota tribune and his lawyer says the malicious intent for libel is already there. It sounds like they were very dishones in theri dealings with him.

He seems to be sort of OCT, but doesn't he see that if Atta is part of a multinational criminal ring and not an Islamic fundamentalist, that he has little motivation to kill himself flying into a plane?

The rest is pretty much on target.
But I have a problem with his ranting on the 9/11 truthers, like as if he's some red headed stepchild, and everyone ignores his work.

The reason they ignore him, I believe, have more to do with personality issues than his body of work.

I'm a little wary of him except for that which he can prove. Sorry, I was just paraphrasing if I didn't get the other statements exactly right. Also it is interesting about the Austrians and germans and Swiss because that ties in to the company that Jarrah's uncle worked (works) for.

So the FBI claims Heller is now telling the truth, and that Atta and Marwan left the Vinice area in late 2000, never to return. We now know Atta and Marwan were a mile from thier Deep Creek home on the 11th of March 2001, just as Heller told Hopsicker.

There's no telling when that fax was sent.

However, the silly "my bad" denial is even less convincing than the original yarns.

You don't come out and say "Oops, I lied to a journalist AND the FBI, but eh, I'll just change identity and move to Ohio!" because you've got one libel suit coming your way and also, lying to the FBI in a deposition gets you in trouble, unless the FBI wants you to lie.
