4. What do YOU mean by "LIHOP"?

Gore Vidal IS a smart man. When he talks about ideas and or events, he includes details that flesh out his thoughts. Since you're an admirer of him, I'm wondering if maybe we can get YOU to take a shot at explaining what YOU mean by "LIHOP". The reason I'm asking is that I don't believe that the concept of LIHOP is realistic, with regards to 9/11. That is to say, I believe it is an IMpossibility.
