9/11 Victims to Deliver Complaint to NY Attorney General Calling for Full Criminal Investigation of September 11th Attacks

New York, NY (October 26, 2004) - A coalition of 9/11 victim family members, survivors and advocacy groups will deliver a formal complaint requesting a new criminal investigation of 9/11 events to New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer this Thursday following a 2:00 PM press conference outside the Equitable Building (corner of Nassau and Cedar Streets). The Complaint petitions the Attorney General to launch an independent in-depth criminal and civil probe of significant 9/11 evidence and lines of inquiry suggesting grave official misconduct including criminal negligence, criminal facilitation, and accessorial abetment of murder, assault, insider trading, obstruction of justice, and other violations of New York law.

The Complaint asks the Attorney General to exercise his powers to establish accountability for crimes under New York State law and recover damages incurred by state and local governments from corporations and individuals whose conduct furthered the criminal conspiracy. The Complainants, including victim family members Bill Dolye and Bob McIlvaine both of whom lost their sons, maintain that few if any of these charges or their bodies of supporting evidence were adequately explored or even addressed by the 2002 Joint Intelligence Inquiry or the 9/11 Commission which released its final report last July.

"For many New Yorkers, AG Spitzer is the last hope for establishing the truth about what happened on 9/11 and enforcing the law." noted spokesperson David Kubiak. "Because administration officials have sought to federalize all 9/11 inquiries and classify evidence under the "state secrets" doctrine to preempt local probes and obstruct the Kean Commission, three years after the tragedy there is still has been no comprehensive, credible independent investigation completed. As the elected official ultimately responsible for public safety and criminal law enforcement in New York, the Attorney General clearly has jurisdiction here if he chooses to assert it. Given the scale of 9/11 carnage and the subsequent illnesses and incalculable damages suffered by New York and evidence of cover-up, his constituents are now telling him that he must. Fifteen New York legislators have even stepped up to endorse this demand so we're at a very remarkable choice point in 9/11 history."

Although the Complaint and its detailed appendices are based upon years of investigative journalism and independent research, their crystallization into legal form was triggered by three recent events: 1) the failure of the Kean Commission Report to provide a credible explanation of the 9/11 tragedies, to hold anyone accountable, or answer most of the questions posed by the 9/11 Family Steering Committee*; 2) the August 31st Zogby 9/11 poll** which showed that nearly half of NYC citizens believe government officials were "consciously" complicit in the attacks, and that two-thirds want a new investigation; and 3) the testimony and evidence put forth at the September 9, 2004 9/11 Citizens' Commission hearings in Manhattan, organized by the watchdog and activist groups 9/11 CitizensWatch and 911truth.org.

The Complaint is also foreshadowed in today's release of the "9/11
Statement," a call for trenchant new investigations signed by over 100 American opinion leaders including presidential candidates Nader, Badnarik and Cobb as well as 50 supportive 9/11 families.

Copies of the "9/11 Statement" and the Complaint will be available one half hour prior to the 2:00 PM Thursday press conference at the northwest corner of Cedar and Nassau Streets (NE corner of Equitable Building). Just who is Karl W. Schwarz? An eloquent author, yes. He writes passionate, well-researched essays outlining the crimes of government. He writes prolifically, and has been a featured speaker at forums that focus on the truth behind the events surrounding September 11th. He is exceptionally articulate. Being a bit of a fan of nanotech, I was curious why I had never heard of Patmos.
I can find no actual trace of Patmos Nanotechnologies, LLC.
Indeed, I did find a website talking briefly about this, how the company does not even appear to have a website, despite being a high tech company supposedly.
So I checked the Foresight Institute, the leading technology institute concerning nanotechnology. No sign of a Patmos Nanotechnologies, LLC there either.
So I checked with nanotech-now.com, which lists all known nanotech companies. Nothing on Patmos.
Then I checked the NanoApex directory...nothing.
I looked into Karl a bit more. He claims to be a conservative Christian Republican from Arkansas, age 53, kids, divorced, President of two companies (one of which makes UAVs). But...so far it doesn't look like he ever was a conservative. Indeed, there are posts from him going waaaay back that look pretty radical lefty to me. He is also the author of a leftist anti-Bush book that he is peddling right now.
In addition, I can say with confidence this letter is not actually dated as presented here. I found copies of the letter going back to September 30, 2004, and several other dates. So, we know it's already following down the path of email chain-letter urban myth-hood with alterations.
All in all, this guy is looking a bit questionable. Since part of the power of his letter rests on the claim that he is a conservative christian Republican who has "seen the light", I think he owes a bit of evidence that such is actually the case, given the fact that his income seems to actually be coming from a Bush-bashing book right now, and he does not appear to have a record that backs up his claims.

You did so much investigation on Karl Schwarz and like everyone else, verified that he not only writes eloquently, his facts seem solid. I don't know Mr. Schwarz, but his original posts caught my eye. He has something to say and he says it so well, unlike me. Something I admire so much that I wrote him to thank him.

While he's been giving us so much great information that so much of us want, so many here have been so consumed with doing a background check on this guy. This blew me away because most of us, including myself, have aliases. But Mr. Schwarz didn't. He gave his real initials, his full name, his website, his email address, background, everything. And he keeps getting asked if he's a fraud or not.

I'm sorry, but I personally don't care about that stuff. He has important information that we really need right now in the most important election of our lifetime. If you respect what he writes, like I do, why not graciously accept the valuable information he's offering. If he's holding something back about his identity from us, especially when he might be in the direct line of fire from the most corrupt people our history has ever known, personally I understand and don't expect anything more.

He told me he's too busy right now to engage in these conversations, but he wants the information to get out. For some reason, he asked me to post his updates and I'm happy to oblige. I just get disheartened that there's always so much controversy over him instead of appreciating the valuable information he's giving us.

Invisible Nanotech CEOs for Truth?
Has anybody ever heard of Patmos Nanotechnologies LLC or its CEO, Karl W. B. Schwarz? Evidently, this person is passing himself off as a "conservative Christian" corporate CEO who's opposed to President Bush, as stated in this letter. Trouble is, if there really is such a nanotech company, it's done its best to stay below the radar. Perhaps corporate invisibility is a new nanotech product?

Karl W.B. Schwarz is the head of numerous vaporous companies--Global Axxess/CommAxxess (which he falsely claimed had bid for Global Crossing's assets, after a similar scheme involving Williams Communications), eCap Bank. His past record makes him look *very* suspicious:

If you do a search on any CEO in the wrld you will get multiple hits, these guys are members of professional groups, attend meetings and have dealings with other CEO's.There is no way a guy like this would not return many references.
The other thing that gives it away is that there is no "Conservative Christian Republican" in the US that would put any of the things he talks about in the letter above abortion as a reason for not voting for a candidate!

Because the deaths of more than 2801 people in New York City (NYC) including 343 fireman and 75 police, the assault and aggravated battery against hundreds of thousands of the residents of and workers in NYC, the severe damage to the health of 250,000 to 400,000 from the pollution resulting from the attack, and the destruction of hundreds of millions of dollars of private property in NYC were the result of a conspiracy committed in NYC, we, the undersigned do hereby petition the Attorney General of the State of New York and the District Attorney of for the Borough of Manhattan to investigate and prosecute those responsible for the crimes listed here and assist in the civil suits by the victims for money damages against the perpetrators.

Governor Pataki had to suspend New York State Public Health Law
in order to create those death certificates.

Wetli then had to investigate the deaths. He did that based upon a passenger list from TWA, a report from the NTSB that there were no survivors and opinion letters from the state health commissioner and the state attorney general's office. Among the strongest evidence are copies of ticket stubs taken from passengers at the gate immediately before they boarded.

No passenger list has ever been submitted by any airline.
We can't figure out which gate Flight 11 left from,
and it does not appear that Atta ever made it onto that flight in the first place.
As far as we have been able to determine,
no ticket stubs and no boarding passes exist.
The two American Airlines planes are listed on the FAA website
as having had their registrations cancelled
because they were both destroyed on January 14, 2002.
Both United Airline planes maintain current and valid FAA registrations
to this very day.
So how did those particular aircraft manage to crash into anything?
