4. Video does not have the penthouse collapse

The first thing I noticed is that the video does not have the penthouse collapse which started the whole thing.

He is a very bad spokesperson; he's smarmy, smug and highly annoying which affects the delivery of his message. Maybe not as bad as when he drops the two cardboard boxes during his debate with Mark Roberts but bad enough.

I thought those flakes of thermite were actually, paint chips? I'd like to see him light one off, that would be compelling if it really is thermite. I wonder why he doesn't do it?

I do like AE/911's logo though.

In the end, I think this is more about Richard Gate's career than any 'truth'.

I thought a failing structural member started the whole thing but the penthouse collapse is several seconds (20 or more?) before what they generally show as the beginning of the collapse so the whole idea that the building collapsed in x amount of seconds is wrong if they don't count the penthouse collapse.
My wording in the original post is poor. If they're going to time the collapse, shouldn't they include what appears to be the beginning?
