Russian scientist accuses US of having climate change weapon
http://www.rferl.org/content/Russian_Scholar_Warns_Of_Secret_US_Climate_Change_Weapon/2114381.html

As Muscovites suffer record high temperatures this summer, a Russian political scientist has claimed the United States may be using climate-change weapons to alter the temperatures and crop yields of Russia and other Central Asian countries.

In a recent article, Andrei Areshev, deputy director of the Strategic Culture Foundation, wrote, "At the moment, climate weapons may be reaching their target capacity and may be used to provoke droughts, erase crops, and induce various anomalous phenomena in certain countries."

The article has been carried by publications throughout Russia, including "International Affairs," a journal published by the Foreign Ministry and by the state-owned news agency RIA Novosti.

and it could have nothing to do with overall climate change, sunspot cycle or anything like that right?

5. HAARP is so weak
compared to the energy from the Sun that it is like pissing in a hurricane when it comes to weather modification.

HAARP CTs are proof that science education in America sucks.

4. Problem is...many, many scientists attribute the heat to men
So thousands of scientists would have to be involved in this particular conspiracy.

6. "and other Central Asian countries."
Afghanistan and The former Soviet Republics of Central Asia

The worst drought in Afghanistan history occurred in the three consecutive years prior to the onslaught of the US led invasion, from 1999 to 2001. The agricultural recovery of the 1990s, in the wake of the Soviet-Afghan war was brought to a standstill.

In the wake of the US led 2001 invasion, the United States supplied Afghanistan with genetically modified wheat and appropriate types of fertilizer to be used with the GM wheat, which was said to be high yield drought resistant. The donation of GM wheat, however, also led to destabilizing the small peasant economy because the GM wheat varieties could not reproduced locally. In 2002, famines which were barely reported by the media, swept the country.

Similar although less severe conditions prevailed in the former Soviet republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

Repeat:"The worst drought in Afghanistan history occurred in the three consecutive years prior to the onslaught of the US led invasion, from 1999 to 2001."

Opium production in Afghanistan went from an all time high in 1999 to record low in 2001 producing virtually none until we invaded.

But you want to know what gets me? Why didn't the pentagon geniuses use HAARP to find Bin Ladens cave before they did one of the more costly modern day bombing campaigns at a time when we were trying to get to the bottom of unaccounted trillions.

Bin Ladens Cave according to Rumsfeld:

7. Don't blame them -- obviously we've always been interested in inflicting
damaging weather conditions on other nations -- Cuba, for one!!

Long history of that -- and we do have HAARP -- though no one is quite sure

what it can do because of the secrecy.

Of course, Russians understand Global Warming and its immense and imminent threat --

they also understand the corruption of American government and the insanity of our hawks!!

8. Wait a minute . . . you could have BOTH going on . . . actually -- !!
Certainly we have Global Warming --

but US has always been trying to create weather hazard for others -- whether

Cuba or Russia -- long history of that.

Chemtrails are officially -- according to US Congress legislation -- "weather modification"

effort --
