Is the anti-9/11 coming up?

My FIOS tells me that at 2pm on 11/9/11 there'll be a nationwide Emergency Alert System test (formerly Emergency Broadcasting System, CONELRAD, etc.).

So, I think the first time around the 9-11 date was an obvious joke. 911. 9-11. Now the date will be reversed. 11-9. The anti-9/11. So here's my writerly prediction. Take it for all it's fictionally worth.

A real emergency will occur 11-9 but the responders will think it's just the nationwide test and will not respond. And we'll be blown up. Or something. OR because it's the anti-9/11, the responders will first think it's a test but will recall 9-11 and how NORAD was conveniently down then and will respond as though it's a real emergency and save the day. One or the other.

11-9. Why else would they choose THAT date?

“The audio portion of the test will state: “This is a Test.” However, for video service providers (a category that includes broadcast, cable, satellite, and wireline video providers), the EAN code will automatically generate a text crawl that will say “A Primary Entry Point station has issued an Emergency Action Notification" . . . The text crawl will not indicate that the event is a test.
FCC rules require only that video service providers transmit a visual message containing the information resident in the EAS header code. There is no EAN test code at this time, and the information within the EAN header code cannot be altered.

To minimize public confusion and to ensure that the test is fully accessible, video service
provider EAS Participants are encouraged to insert a separate visual element during the test to indicate to their viewers that “THIS IS A TEST” if doing so is technically and operationally feasible and does not interfere with the operation of the underlying test.“

Things that just make ya go...huh?

However, though........the date November 9th does seem to have some significance to the Establishment; after all, it was the date of Hitler's failed Beer Hall Putsch and Kristallnacht, and the Nazis WERE a part of it when they were around......

I still think it's a coincidence, but if a major terror incident does occur on the 9th......keep the Nazi connection in mind; it could very well have been done by one of those extreme-right terrorist groups(particularly types like the Aryan Nations, etc.)
