Weird question: I've noticed alot of "Oswald did it" in relation to 9/11..
...in GD, et al. I refuse to rule just about anything out when it comes to 9/11, but don't yet subscribe to anything in particular. Can someone take a minute, if they care to, and let me know about when this backlash against tinfoilers started to get bad? Weird question, I know. I was very suprised to see people being berated for bringing up the possiblity that the buildings had been pulled.

This seems like a safe place to ask the question, I just want to know when the breeze started to blow the other way because I'm a little confused at the backlash.

Thank you,

PB

1. The direction of "the breeze" is being manipulated.
Most 9/11 topics are removed from other parts of the forum and dumped here, regardless of how much interest users of the forum show in the topic. Once a topic is placed in this forum, you may not recommend it.

I know you're Poll_Blind, but check out this thread.

2. It's getting better all the time
9-11 inside job deniers are on withdrawal.

Even DU have to consider the irregulaties about the official BS, e.g. if people decide to refuse to spend money to DU because of the handling on this topic.

3. In my experience, the hot button issue is Israel
Of course you can get heat just for questioning the official
story in any way, but the point at which the "Left Gatekeepers"
pull out their knives is when the question of possible Israeli
responsibility is examined.

4. about the time the Congress authorized anothe $80 billion for Iraq
(that is, Halliburton, the neocon wing of DOD and CIA and the Carlyle Group), many more 9-11 official story posters showed up. Seems like about 20 or 30 of them, all claiming to be pilots and engineers.

go figure.

5. "Controlled Opposition"
goes in many different directions.

Things are going to get very, very hot and flames are gonna go in a thousands ways if it keeps breaking freedoms way.

I just trust my own gut and try not worry about others motives too much.
