14. You obviously missed some anti-Bush ones:

Bush is trying to have it both ways on the importation of drugs from Canada. He wants to make sure that they cure you instead of kill you. But he is reserving the right to approve the importation in December -- AFTER the election. But, Kerry suggests, would he really go back on his inclination to do what's best for the big drug companies? Bush comes back to say, "If they're safe, they're coming.'' (Where are the dead Canadians?)

The talk around the water cooler is going to be about Bush almost attacking Charlie Gibson.. The man had a meltdown, and every comedy show is goin to go after it..

5. Well, she says Kerry didn't hurt himself
But he may not have done himself as much good as he did in the first debate.

It's just her opinion.

6. One person writing for the Times gave it to Bush
Believe me, it'll all even out by Monday. NYTimes for the MOST part is a pretty fair paper.

7. I didn't see any indication that they gave it to Bush.
Bush was horrid again. Just not as horrid. That is why they use the lower expectations plan. It was funny like he was being poked with a stick. I haven't laughed so hard in years.

8. Not quite
It's just one pundit -- Katharine Q. Seelye -- and her column is a quickie analysis. Useful, but hardly definitive.

Bush did do better ... but did he do well enough? I'm not so sure.

10. NYT ed board said Venezuela coup was a "movement towards democracy"
or something insipid like that.

NYT last three big stories they've broken: Iraq, Wen Ho Lee, and Whitewater.

They're on a real winning streak there. And all those stories have a common theme.

When it comes to neoliberalism, the NYT sees their boy threatened by Kerry's performance.
