4. I think Bush sometimes uses words that he doesn't
really know what they mean or even makes some up in an attempt to sound smart. He only succeeds in coming off as the ass that he truly is.

8. That's a pretty weak criticism
The first two definitions are:

1. Done or achieved with little effort or difficulty; easy. See Synonyms at easy.
2. Working, acting, or speaking with effortless ease and fluency.

So, this was not an inappropriate word choice.
