6. There are two CNN polls
http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/10/09/debate.main/index.html
was scrubbed when it showed Kerry way ahead and now is being Freeped all to hell.

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/
on the other hand shows Kerry handing Bush his ass.

Why CNN runs two polls and monkeys around with one and not the other I'll leave to you to figure out.

I can't believe over a million people voted in that poll. Usually there's around 90-100,000 people who vote in CNN's polls.

The poll I'm referring to is on CNN.com's homepage.

You can tell by monitoring the numbers. The America-haters are running a script.

5. just did it and sent
my son to do it on his computer too.

Did someone say that CNN was doing this over because Kerry was too far ahead? Last time the erased the early results too. They are just like the GOP not wanting our votes to count.

23. Right On

The response numbers for a poll based on events that are approaching 24 hours in age are way too high. Someone relatively obviously wrote a script. The real problem is the possibility of someone doing this for all the online polls after the third debate.

16. taxes and prices have gone up to high heaven under the idiot chimp
property taxes, gas prices, home heating prices, food prices, the chincey tax cut most people got doesn't whipe out all these other price increases under Bush. Not to mention all the jobs lost and the huge surplus he squandered--thanks to Bill Clinton cleaning up the mess from the last President Bush. John Kerry will have to do the same under this resident Bush.

26. "Page Missing" now
I missed the whole thing, but didn't they wipe their first debate poll like five times?

And they're a NEWS organization. Fairness and fact are supposed to be their ideals.

What a joke mass media in this country has become. (or has it always been so, and I've just become aware of it since the mid-90s?).

33. I sent a letter to CNN
Hello,

Your poll on the second debate - the one that is currently on this page: http://www.cnn.com/2004/ALLPOLITICS/10/09/debate.main/index.html is completely invalid. Someone working for Bush ran a script and had Bush getting over 20:1 votes during a brief period yesterday afternoon. In a one hour period yesterday Bush actually got over 200,000 votes!! The typical tally later in the evening was 4000 votes per hour for Bush, with Kerry typically getting 10000 per hour or just over 2:1 for Kerry. Here is a web page documenting the tampering: http://www.bluelemur.com/index.php?p=335 . If you do not take this poll down, you are as guilty as Dan Rather was of NOT having good journalistic integrity. Please practice what you preach.

(I hit Rather to make a point to them)

35. The CNN Interactive Marketing Dept. Thanks You
Every vote you make, and, of course any time you pull up the poll result page is marked and tracked (typical IP...and if you visit CNN's site regularly, chances are you have a CNN cookie, thus this is adding to their individual tracking data). Building up their hit count then is used in selling the advertising you get bombarded with. All CNN cares is for the hits and these polls generate huge numbers in a hurry for them. They thank you for your assistance.

The Freepers claim we're "DU'ing" the poll and we're saying it's being Freeped. Either way, we know CNNservative already has their scripts written through at least 6pm November 2nd...these polls just are there to stroke their egos and generate crap they can make even more money off of.

Thanks for playing...

We are on to his Freudian slip. The repubs. have created a second internet that only they can access thus are the only ones that can vote in rigged polls.
