2. His family HMO business has been sued and lost multiple times
and has even been through at least one name change, their reputation is so lousy. No wonder Frist hates lawyers. He has one hell of a lot to fear from them.

Columbia/HCA aquired Health Trust Inc.
Dropped the Columbia.

HCA started trying to buy not-for-profit healthcare companies and facilities.

HCA found itself under federal investigation.

I saw that earlier, my wife begged me to "log off that DU" after the cussing died down. We have to get this piece of shit out of our government. He's got his eye on the top job for '08 !!!! Could you imagine this asshat as pres ?
