1. I'd like Kerry to just talk about his Viet Nam testimony.
And talk about honor.

3. I was not aware that Sinclair had agreed to that
I thought their definition of "equal" time would be giving Kerry the opportunity to respond to "tough questions" from one of their conservatively-biased news anchors.

5. I have not heard about this,
but if it is true, I would highly recommend "Going Up River." My husband and I just came home from seeing the film and I am so proud of John Kerry!! What we've been told by the pundits and the boat folks and the talk shows nuts with Hannity and Limpballs, etc, are so far off track with lies and outright LIES, and lies and more lies that it's a crime to even believe that these folks represent half this country.. If we are going to be exposed to free public air time with the showing of the Sinclair's anti-Kerry film called, (Stolen Honor)"LIES and more lies", then why can't someone air "Going Up River"!!! Americans ought to see the Viet Nam war as it was, not as bush fought it.. You will leave this film with so much respect for John Kerry and his conviction and patriotism shown through that era and how it affected his whole life to this day.! Then there's bush's life! How pathetic!!

11. Just within the last 45 minutes, Olberman talked about the
Sinclair situation and how Kerry camp demanded equal time, etc. and then explicity said that they only offer him to come on with that fucking Hyman (they said VP--so you know it's him) and answer 'tough questions'. Keith then said that Powell's little bastard son says the FCC will not interfere. So somebody, I think, must be pulling people's chains. There is no way this organization gives Kerry squat.

12. Play last night's Nightline in primetime
Preferably without commercials. Although I haven't seen Going Upriver. That may be better at touching on the antowar stuff in the early 70s.

The PBS (Frontline) episode from last night may be good too. You know the one with bios of both candidates.

13. This is a trap!
If Kerry Edwards 2004 coordinates with Sinclair to air an ad on Sinclair stations, it will have clearly violated FEC laws by accepting a like-kind contribution far in excess of the contribution ceiling.

One of the central reasons that Sinclair can shield itself from an FEC violation for Stolen Honor is because there has been no clear coordination between the station and the Bush campaign. This is the same reason that after the SwiftBoat Liars came forward with their attacks, the Kerry campaign argued there was coordination; without it, the 527 organization was protected.

15. I heard that Sinclair Executive offered Kerry air time buuut
it was only for a questioning of Kerry by this same Executive. This same Executive being a full supporter to Bush you know where this would go.

14. Total BS.
No need to dance to their tune.

There will be no "equal time".

Get over it. Who'd watch the crap, anyway? You know who.

16. Only link I can find is from Newsmax, yesterday
and they're certainly a trustworthy and unbiased source, complete with a large banner ad for Bush 04 and a small one for Stolen Honor:

Still just talking about having Kerry on a panel.

17. Ed Shultz on AAR this afternoon read a statement from the wire....
that said Kerry's lawyers and Sinclair came to some kind of an agreement that will give Kerry 3 days to come up with what he would like to rebut them with...

Going Upriver would be great.

18. Bush's Brain - Neutralize Sinclair AND 7 months of B/C Ads
"Bush's Brain".

Many have already seen F/911, and many refuse to see it no matter what. Its arguments have been picked apart and the Bushies have invented rationalizations.

In contrast, Bush's Brain is largely unknown. Its mission is to dissect and lay open Karl Rove and his destructive, deceptive, character assassinating, "do anything to win" campaign tactics. It would defuse not only the Sinclair smear, but it would defuse and nullify 7 months of negative advertising by the Bush campaign as the Rove technique became transparent.
