let me just say this:

Kerry is trailing with women and leading with men.

toss it.

... according to the article:

Kerry now leads Bush 57 percent to 36 percent among those who identify themselves as first-time voters.

This is all about GOTV and passion. We're going to have to win this county-by-county, in the battleground states, on the ground.

I'm still optimistic.

6. One focus group after debate showed men didn't like Bush on terror/Iraq
In one of the focus groups at the last debate where they had electronic response meters, the men recorded negatively towards Bush on his terrorism and Iraq answers and were more positive for Kerry but the women were more positive towards Bush on the security related response. There was another response too (maybe Roe v Wade) where the moderator said it was surprising that the women and men reacted opposite from what you would expect.
