Saw lots of them while traveling to Madison, WI yesterday.

"One Nation Under God" (with the under underlined)
Bush/Cheney 2004

Sad, sad, sad. . .pathetic . . .

I guess Kerry supporters don't want one nation under God. You know that we want one nation under Al-Queda, right?

Made me want to run the car into the signs.

Well, sure looks like the terrorists have won... we'll be living under our own Taliban in a few years, even after Kerry wins. (Read the Salon story on the Ohio Issue 1 "Gay Marriage" Amendment, if you can get to it. (Their servers have been slow as slow gets today.)

Yes, it's one nation UNDER God. They act as if we are above God. So, when we do something, we can't say "God is on our side," as Lincoln said, "We can only pray humbly that we are on God's side."

Separation of church and state. This is not want this country should be . Freedom to worship how we believe. What if they decide Lutherans or Mormons or Jehovah Witnesses aren't worshiping their God? Will they pass a marriage law for them?
