I've successfully sold off all my "boycotted" stocks. Now what
do I do with all my money since the rather far-reaching boycott has caused a 95% divestment of my mutual funds. (Still have 5% in a badly tanking "Green Fund" stock)

Should I buy gold? US Bonds? Real estate? Go to Vegas?

Need to know before end of year when tax implications will be involved.

You have time - its safe, and gawd only knows what the market will do come the 3rd if we don't have a winner.

3. Do any of the stocks you sold
have strong competitors? You might pick a couple good ones to invest in and further hammer the scum.

5. Keep it in cash until after the election
If Kerry wins, reinvest in American companies.

If Bush steals the election, invest in foreign companies.

Hey, if you can't beat them, join them.

:grr:

7. You Can Make Tax-Deductable Donations to Verified Voting
http://www.verifiedvoting.org.

At this point, theft of the election is the greatest risk we face.

Save Some to Pay the Capital Gains Taxes, since you already sold the stock.

IF YOU HAVE STOCK THAT HAS A CAPITAL GAIN, DONATE THE STOCK DIRECTLY,
RATHER THAN SELLING IT AND DONATING THE PROCEEDS.

If you took a loss on the stock, the above does not apply, of course.

8. Well bless you
That was terrific, thank you so much. This is what we need to do, sell all this stuff. I'm thinking interest is going to go up, how do you make money when interest goes up?
