3. Yep, exactly.....

well, not exactly. If Kerry gets 310, that only leaves 228 for *, I think (total is 538, right?)

6. As of tonight..
I'm thinking this..

Kerry wins:
CA, OR, WA, HI
either NV or NM (he always seems to have one or the other, so I'll split the difference)
MN, MI, IL
OH (by a hair)
FL (by more than you'd think)
PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, CT, RI, DE, DC, MD, DE, NJ.

This gives him a total of: 294.

Bush will flip Wisconsin and Iowa.
If Colorado splits its votes, make that 298.

...

That's my prediction as of today.

The five states that I am most unsure of: OH, FL, WI, IA, CO.

9. I'm about right there, too...
I think Kerry'll get into the very, very high 200's.

7. I've been making a guess of current EVs weekly...
...for my chat board. This week I had Kerry ahead 289-249, but if Ohio switched, it would be a flat-footed tie. I've feel a whole lot better if Kerry could pick up NV, MO, WV, AR or CO. Then Bush could take Ohio and it wouldn't matter.

I'd really hate to see one state -- either FL or OH being the most likely -- where the whole election would be decided. BushCo's got a lot of money and no morality at all so who knows what skullduggery they might pull off.

But I'll be an optimist and say that Kerry solidifies his lead in OH and wins with 289.

8. Kerry EV Southern surprises maybe
Not sure of if kerry can catch the W but I'm thinking the vote in Arkansas, Louisiana and N. Carolina will be closer than expected.
