There have been several threads on VOTER FRAUD...

and I feel that this issue should be dealt with immediately.

First, I strongly urge anyone with viable information, to e-mail or call their State's Attorney General's Office. You can find the Addy on your states web page, as well a the phone #'s you will need to reach someone who can deal with this situation.

Second, there are many rumors running rampant out there, so your information should be FIRST HAND, or you should be able to direct officials to someone who has first hand experience with the situation. Please, DO NOT e-mail/call with rumors. You will need to have facts at your disposal. Names and places where Voter Fraud are occurring are of paramount importance. DO NOT sit on your butt in front of your PC telling us about it; DO SOMETHING substantial about the problem, then come and tell us what you did. That will help others in seeing how the process works.

Third, call your local news media and inform them of the situation. Once again, names and locations are extremely important! Do not stop with one call to a radio station, call them all, as with newspapers and TV stations.

Fourth, DO NOT give up! You may get shuffled around, and get frustrated. If you have a verifiable source of Voter Fraud, it is your obligation as a citizen to report this, and immediately. This is serious stuff and WE as citizens, are the front lines in preventing such abuse, DO NOT recuse yourself from this obligation as a citizen!

Once again, I strongly urge everyone here, to report VERIFIABLE Voter Fraud to authorities. This is OUR nation, and we MUST protect it.

there are ways to deal with it, and I respectfully disagree with many of yours, as wiser, and wealthier and more well-organized heads than mine are fully prepared for this kind of trouble.

First and foremost: call 1-866-OUR-VOTE (1-866687-8673). They have teams of lawyers and volunteers trained to deal with the situation. They are sponsored by groups such as People for the American Way, Working Assets, United for Peace and Justice, the NAACP, and Mother Jones maggazine. I can't stress this enough: this should be your first, and possibly ONLY, action. Do exactly what they tell you to, no more, no less.

Second, call your local Democratic office. Again, they have lawyers on standby to jump on any problems before they get out of hand. I have some idea how many, and it's is a mind-boggling number of lawyers who have volunteered their services to spring into action at a moment's notice. Many, many will be IN YOUR LOCAL HQ, waiting for your call.

I can't stress this enough--COOL HEADS must, and will, prevail. We can't risk going off half-cocked with an unsympathetic media and the likes of Rove in opposition.
