and if Sinclair insist on showing that "cheap and tawdry political" film--the words of Lynne Cheney--then let's counter it with viewing some other programming at the time this film is being shown--boycott! Inundate Sinclair with phone calls on that day with complaints.

8. 6 months..
depends on the market.. if its nasdaq its under 1.00 for 6 months and some arbitration - if its Down its under $5.00 and whatever time they feel like :)

There is now an investor lawsuit for insider trading as well as libel and other suits
