GREAT idea:

Some Kerry surrogate takes up their offer to go on the show for a "discussion"...then does nothing but TALK ABOUT DAVID SMITH'S PROSTITUTION ARREST!!

LOL wouldn't that be GREAT??? USING THEIR OWN AIRWAVES!!

On edit: Unfortunately, I think they said they're "taping it"...so...

We could still send a surrogate, though, and just make sure that he/she does NOTHING but talk about Smith's prostitution arrest.

1. What I've read says no, not live.

First, the usual denials from Sinclair always mention that the program hasn't even been recorded yet.

And, stations are being given the opportunity to choose a time slot to best suit their other programming needs.

But, we could still send a surrogate and just have them talk about nothing but Smith's arrest.

Maybe if we ambushed them with it, they'd play it up real serious first, and then not be able to back out?

I'm sure they would- "KERRY CAMPAIGN WILL RESPOND TO ALLEGATIONS" or some such thing....

They did it in that movie "Used Cars" years ago. Jammed the presidential address so they could put on their cheesy commercial.

There is that whole thing about it being a federal crime and all, but really that's no worse than what Sinclair is doing, now is it?
