Chimp's wearing a tie, he looks like an appliance salesman.

With sincere apologies to appliance salesmen.

He has added a red tie to the focus group inspired blue dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up. Kerry has been wearing a suit a lot lately, looking very presidential. It looks like * doesn't want to be undone.
