Dick Morris on O'Lielly says there will be a big backlash on the
explosives story? I was flipping through and he was CONVINCED that Kerry had "charged in too fast" so I suppose it was that.

O'Lielly was skeptical...but the funny part was hearing him tell Morris that his audience was "sophisticated" and really followed politics....

For all I know, that may be true........but it sure sounds funny to me...

4. Have to Admit; The Repukes Are Organized In Getting Their
message out. What you said Dick Morris was saying was the same thing I was getting on the morning radio talk shows this morning going to work. They were all over the message of Kerry charging in too fast, will backlash, they were already gone when we got to Iraq. Was getting a station out of Denver and they were saying the same thing. This was around 6:30 AM.

The Repukes had the message sent out for morning radio listerners

devasting ad in recent years. He compared it's impact to the infamous daisy ad.

13. There is just no spin to this story than can help Bush. Those explosives
were known to be there since Desert Storm. They were there just before the invasion, it all happened under Bush's invasion strategy. Incompetence, hubris, arrogance at the top. The neocons would listen to no one. Invade, disband the Iraqi military, guard the oil fields, allow the cultural treasures to be looted, allow the explosives to be looted, predicted no casualties. There is no way to spin this mismanaged, invasion and occupation. I country that elects to office this President and this administration does not deserve to be the most powerful nation on earth and certainly deserves no respect from any other country.

15. The worst case scenario is that Bushco (somehow) proves that the
explosive went missing before the invation. The fact remains that, by April 2003, the administration KNEW 380 tons of explosives were gone and no-one bothered to look for them.

Bottom line, there are still many questions and as long as the press keeps asking them, that's good for us.

Also primes the pump for other disappearing munitions stories because I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot more out there that went unreported or underreported.

Whatever they're paying him, it's probably too much.
