1. Interesting.
It put Kerry at the top of the list. Personally, I'd say he's probably 4th choice for me. So many of the choices seemed identical with just different wording, so it was rather hard to choose...

3. I encourage DU'ers to give this a try, interesting "blind" issue poll
based on anonymous quotes on 14 issues from all Dem candidates. You pick your choice in each. Results at completion.

5. interesting results
Edwards did much better than i thought, coming in second to Clark... and Kerry (who's been my #2 for a while) wasn't on my results... hard to choose between a lot of them though. Hard to find 'bush lite' policies in there... much less find a republican in the group.

i think i'm going to go over to Edwards site and read for a while.

At least this time they got my #2 in my #1 spot... but tell me...

WHY DO THEY KEEP PUSHING ME TOWARD LIEBERMAN?

Sounds like I need to brush up on Democracy 101. I'm shamed I tell ya... shaaaaaaaaaaaamed.

8. Kucinich! (10/14)
Kucinich 10
Edwards 1
Dean 1
Clark 1
Sharpton 1

Many of the quotes did sound like the same thing reworded. But most of the time, Kucinich stood out from the rest

10. Interesting quiz
Edited on Thu Jan-15-04 11:36 PM by Kathleen04
It put Dick Gephardt at the top of my list...he's 4th on my real list.

2nd was John Edwards, who is really my 2nd.

And 3rd was Dean..who is my actual 3rd. :)

The guy I actually support, Clark, was 2nd to last..with Lieberman at the bottom of the list.

DK didn't even show up on the list.

The results gave me:

Gep(2)--Gun Control/Energy and Environment
Edwards--(1)Role of US military
Dean--(2)Social Security/Security and Civil Liberties
Kerry--(1)Trade Policy
Sharpton--(1)Education
Clark--(4)Family and Marriage/Terrorism/Economy/Iraq rebuilding
Lieberman--(3) Poverty and Homelessness/Healthcare/Employment

So, I actually agree with my candidate, Clark, on more issues..so how do they decide who goes on the top of the list?

Edited to add more detailed results :)

12. This is really a test of how well you know your candidate...
I got Edwards 8/14 (Education, Health Care, Energy, Economy, Trade, Iraq, Social Security, Terrorism)

but my 2nd and 3rd choice candidates came in tied for second:
Kerry (Gun Control, Civil Liberties)
Clark (Poverty, Military)

then...Gephardt (Family) and Lieberman (Employment)

I'll have to go back and study "Real Solutions" and see if I can get a better score...
