Kerry lead in Miami-Dade (slightly) greater than '00 margin

The poll, conducted for The Herald by Zogby International, shows Kerry favored by 54 percent to Bush's 41 percent.

In Miami-Dade County in 2000, 53 percent of voters cast ballots for Gore and 46 percent for Bush. Zogby's poll shows those numbers remain almost the same.

Well, yes, they're "almost the same" -- but if you take the 4% or so undecided and allocate, then it's 56 Kerry to 43 Bush.

Kerry has a 13-point lead. Gore's was 7 percent in 2000. That's a 6-point swing.
