Hypothetical provisional ballot dirty trick.

Michigan and Ohio provisional ballots must be presented in correct precinct according to 6th Federal judge(s).

SO, a new voter goes to a precinct, they don't have his name, his registration could be anywhere in his city -- he will not know where to go.

Have Republican operatives in Ohio miss-registered voters into wrong precincts, or called and gave wrong poll location information. It will not be noticed after the election especially if there is a close election.

Each polling location should be given a complete list of voters.
