Tweety Is Preparing for a Kerry Win?!!?!?!?!?
Thought someone had spiked my coffee this morning. Tuned into MSNBC before leaving the house and saw them talking to Matthews about the election. He was very serene and said that Kerry has the "wind at his back" and is the one with the momentum and coming on. He said that the Thursday before the election usually gives the strong indication of who is going to win and if Kerry keeps that momentum through tomorrow, the election is his!!! In fact Tweety almost seemed resigned to it and comfortable with it. That had few anchors digging in the pile of papers on their desk with eyes downcast. I think they expected him to say that the election is Bush's and Kerry just can't do it. SURPRISE!!!

Anyway---tonight the Red Sox and Tuesday, John Kerry!!!!

6. Damn Massachusetts liberals!
GO KERRY! GO SOX! GO PATS!

Ah, it's all falling into place. Maybe I should go watch "1776" to further the Boston love even more.

8. Revolution---New England is going to take back this country
We stupidly let the others in a couple hundred years ago. This will not just be the shot heard round the world; it will be a deafening missle roar as Bush is launched out of the White House!!!

10. Tweety asked Kerry two nights ago (I believe it was) if he was ready to
assume the position of COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF if he were to be the winner in this election... KERRY GAVE HIM A VERY, AND MOST ASSUREDLY SURE OF HIMSELF "YES. I AM" ANSWER... Tweety stopped dead on his tracks and said in a very pacified, subdued tone of voice, "Thank you. That is all I need to know" and then shook hands with Kerry.

I found it odd that he did not question Kerry further. Perhaps Kerry had just gotten through to him and perhaps for the first time he SAW Kerry for who he really is... A REAL, HONEST TO GOODNESS, TRUTHFUL AND COURAGEOUS COMMANDER IN CHIEF.
