1. Can I have my crystal ball back?

And others cannot?

If Rush Limbaugh could beat Bush, that would not make me vote for him, no matter how much I hated Bush.

This is merely unsubstantiated demogoguery, trying to scare people into voting for whoever is "electable" IMHO.

Discuss issues, issues, and more issues in a positive light....this just will not cut it for thinking people.

2. Either that, or it is someone's opinion.
I don't see any "demagoguery" in the post (not that I think it's a particularly unique and innovative insight either).

3. sorry to disagree
but I feel its tone, the entire idea of voting for that only one "electable" person or we are all screwed, plays upon people's fears and makes them choose people and facades over issues. I guess thats just my opinion.

Though this particular person may not be drumming up those points particularly, they are picking up right where the argument is left off, on the foundation of fear that others have previously set forth in their select him or you are screwed arguments.

8. And there's no evidence that Lehane did it.
In fact, he's denied it.

And if you think showing an unedited tape of a candidate's television appearance is "dirty politics", you're in for a big suprise when things really heat up.

This is child's play.

7. That's funny because in every matchup poll, Clark loses...
The closest any candidate got in a recent matchup was Dean- 6 points in the Time/CNN poll.
