1. It scares me right now seeing Kerry go through that crowd
shaking hands. Right now the right wing is absolutely desparate and will do anything.

5. there was a moment when someone threw a whitish pamphlet toward
Kerry, over peoples' heads - one of the SS guys strained to see who threw it - checked several times - he deflected the thing as it came flying toward Kerry.

3. Did you see Kerry give his tie..
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 10:52 PM by girl gone mad
to that young man?

I think the kid said he was 16, not old enough to vote in the election, but he had donated $1000 to the campaign. The audio got cut off, but I think that's what he was saying.

How sweet was it for Kerry to take off his tie and give it to him?

4. The kid told Kerry, "I'm 16 yrs old and I donated $1000 to your campaign..
I SWEAR TO GOD!"

Kerry looked at him with a stunned look on his face and then pulled his tie off and put it around the kid's neck!!! UNREAL!!!

a valued supporter and brought him up to adult level...
I am so glad he did what he did too.. that says a lot about the type of person he is by the spontaneous response in a huge crowd. He gave him all he had to give him.
