5. My 19 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son, voting for Kerry
would have preferred to vote for Dean, but they were still excited to vote. Absentee ballots took some of the thrill away, but for them to register at college would have been a major hassle.

6. A friend (20)...
she was too young to vote last time, but said she would have voted for Bush, because she "didn't get it."

TOTALLY a Kerry-ite now.

7. I know several, including my masseuse, whom I talked into voting
...for the first time ever in her life.

On top of this, my enthusiasm prompted her to pick up a whole bunch of voter registration forms from the DMV and take them into work. She says they were gone within an hour.

She and those she spoke to all plan to vote for Kerry/Edwards.

9. I know three newly registered young voters who will be voting for
Kerry.

Two of them I registered myself.

I called all three tonight and reminded them to vote tomorrow.
