and it is great news because they normally break 60:40 for republicans.

Do they test other events happening in the news, and do they "Test" the results??

18. I think this is just a test...
This is either a test or it is early returns via absentee ballot. Look at the county by county breakouts. Don't worry just yet, this site has been up for a while and it could just be that they are very early in posting it.

Sample of counties..

Adams
Bush, George W. Republican 6,000 48.08%
Kerry, John F. Democratic 6,000 48.08%
Cobb, David Keith-WI 60 0.48%
Schriner, Joe -WI 60 0.48%
Parker, John T.-WI 60 0.48%
Harris, James -WI 60 0.48%
Zych, Thomas F.-WI 60 0.48%
Badnarik, Michael 60 0.48%
Duncan, Richard A.-WI 60 0.48%
Peroutka, Michael Anthony 60 0.48%
Precincts Reporting: 0.00% 12,480

0.00% precincts reporting? exactly 6,000 a piece for Bush and Kerry and 60 votes for everyone else?

Athens
Zych, Thomas F.-WI 11 16.92%
Schriner, Joe -WI 10 15.38%
Peroutka, Michael Anthony 9 13.85%
Parker, John T.-WI 8 12.31%
Kerry, John F. Democratic 7 10.77%
Harris, James -WI 6 9.23%
Duncan, Richard A.-WI 5 7.69%
Cobb, David Keith-WI 4 6.15%
Bush, George W. Republican 3 4.62%
Badnarik, Michael 2 3.08%
Precincts Reporting: 0.00% 65

I like Athens county better, but, I don't want to see the alpha count where they start at A and work forward.. HAHAHA.

22. Look at the tally's in each county...
They're screwy:

ADAMS county: Bush 6000 Kerry 6000 and everyone else with 60

CLARK county: Write in candidate John Parker got 2100 votes and Bush got 155

GEUGA county: Kerry 24505 Bush 24500 and the rest with 50 even.

This is a test or something. The scrolling tallys have dates of 1/1/05 and 12/31/06. Beats the hell outta me, but no one is running vote like this in their states.

32. Honestly, I don't know...
beyond checking it out overnight. But look at the results of one county as posted: All these candidates have 60 votes apiece, then Bush/Kerry with 6,000 apiece .... doesn't seem too plausible of a real-time vote count to me. It just looks like jibberish -- ie, a test run.
