Tampa Bay FL DUs
I just received word that our local Sinclair station *WTTA 38* is applying for renewal of its license at this time. Their renewal application states a desire to continue "serving the public interest".
Interested parties may file letters and/or comments with the FCC regarding this request. All correspondence must be received by Dec 31.
I just thought some of you might like to know. ;)

2. Speak and Ye Shall Have

Here's what I have.
This is the best I could do.

All complaints (or, if you prefer, positive comments,...ahem, cough cough...) must be mailed to the FCC. Here is a link that has more information on what to include in your filing, where to send it, etc.

On the left side of the page, under "license renewal" is a word or acrobat file which has all the details and addresses.

3. Request To See The Station's Public Inspection File
Want some real good dirt? That's where you'll find it. The station's required to have it available to the public at their studios and any nasty letter or complaint has to be filed in there. If they fail to provide the file at your request, it's a stiff FCC fine and could hold up their license renewal.

5. Great info, but you might want to post it again in a day or two.
I'm afraid that today it might slip through the cracks.
