I think the weather is key to determining whether we can pick that state off. I cannot glean from the forecasts whether the rain is heavy or not.

2. Medium rain in the northern part of the state.
Nothing we're not used to here. It could get worse, but early turnout has been freakin' massive.

7. Rain in the north is pro-Kerry, right?
Aren't the key Dem areas in the south of the state or am I out to lunch?

9. Very much out to lunch, I'm afraid.
Cuyahoga, the northern county that includes Cleveland, is HEAVILY democratic. Mid-state and the south is largely Bush country - it's why we have such a heavily Republican state legislature.

Your basic normal depressing drizzly November day in Cleveland. Nothing we've never seen before.

6. Rain in Cincy...but it just stopped...
No matter, the anger I saw on the voters and their heated desire to be rid of *, will keep them dry.

8. In Cincy and much of Southern Ohio it is in the upper 60s.
It will be rainy but hopefully the warm temperatures will keep people voting.
