Report: Precinct walking in Dayton, OH

We have been walking in a precinct all morning, doing door hangings. Lots of K/E signs, a few B/C. This is a poor area, so not surprising, but the guy we're walking with is a local and he said there were very few Gore signs in 2000.

Met a woman who was waiting for the schoolbus with her 2 young kids, she's on welfare and has no phone, and can't wait to vote foð

1. I grew up near Dayton and

damn I'm pulling for Ohio to go Blue. (I grew up in Beavercreek). My sister was just back there this weekend and said Ohio seemed locked in more poverty than she'd ever remembered, and she was amazed by the number of signs.

C'mon Ohio....Kerry it!
