excellent organization at my Cedar Rapids, IA polling place. God bless the older folks who volunteer to staff it.

I overheard an election official saying that they'd already had 120 voters -- he seemed impressed.

1. Same here in Indy ...
I was there at 6:45 and pleased to note that MORE people had already voted in those 45 minutes than voted by 3:00 PM in the mid-terms.

And there was a line about 20 deep in each of the other precincts waiting areas.

Hey Mr. Hat ~ Cedar Rapids has one heckuva Jr Hockey team this year ! They've beaten my Indiana Ice twice already ! :wow:

2. Heck, I voted early and it took me an hour
last Tuesday. Maybe this is a good sign for Texas.

Those poll workers need to be replenished as most are so old...well, you know. They do deserve God's blessings.
