FL - Orlando...Reps threaten to call cops on Dems handing out literature
From another board:

I just got a call from one of my volunteers. The Kerry people are passing out literature and the Republicans are saying it's illegal. They are wrong, but apparently they've called the police. I'm going to have to scoot over there. We have a 50 foot rule here. Poll watchers must be 50 feet from the nearest voting booth. My poll watchers are bout 150 feet away and they are passing literature out up to half a mile away, so I think this challenge will fail.

Update:
Ok. Problem resolved at our precinct. Cops never came. Lawyer said it was ok to pass out literature more than 50 feet from voting booth.

My volunteers say voters are 2-1 in favor of Kerry in our precinct.

3. Some Repuke got all bent out of shape that Dem Gov candidate
was shaking hands in front of polling place. He made a LOUD complaint in front of HUNDREDS of voters. Poll worker went outside, came back in and respectfully told the 'Puke that he was within his rights to shake ANYBODY's hand so long as he was 20 ft from entranceway. Was funny listening to the ass backpedal after that. I NEVER EVER have seen a Democrat doo that - these 'Pukes are just plain ass holes - every last one of them!

8. though retardlicans don't believe so, cops have better things to do
today than answer a bunch of whiney, snot-nosed, chickenshit complaints that those mean old democrats are doing something they're not supposed to.
